EFB free to flight instructors?

I seem to recall there is an EFB that is free to flight instructors. Which one?

FlyQ might have been at one point. It’s only $20/yr now, and it’s nice. IFR and VFR.

I believe it was Droid EFB, seems a bit of tweaking has occurred since I last looked, but not a bad deal.
