DUATS question.

It seems on every standard weather briefing, there are several sections under which I read "current report not available".

For example, on my most recent briefing, I see this notice under "FA Hazards and Flight Precautions", "FA Turbulence", "Severe Weather Warnings", "SIGMETS", "Convective SIGMETS", and "Center Weather Advisory". Does this mean the same thing as "none", "not applicable", or "no hazard", etc.?

DTC Duat gives me a "no data" for a lot of things. I don't use Duats.
