It's no secret to Consumerist readers that Comcast's outsourced techs are often late, rude and incompetent, and that calling customer service is more akin to improving dialogue in a Beckett play, but as this exclusively obtained powerpoint made by a Comcast employee shows, it's no secret to the cable company either.

My overall experience with Comcast was pretty good. The guy just came by to bury the cable the yard and I haven't had to make a call since the install. He just rang my bell to ask me to tell the mosquitoes to stop eating him. I handed him my DEET arsenal.
