do i need to tell FAA about a mole removal?

Several years ago, I went to the derm and the derm looked at a suspicious mole and advised me to remove it.

Do I need to report this to the FAA?

Does this count as a surgery?

I don't have the medical records but will try to get them.

Okay I found the report:

"compound nevus with moderate cytologic atypia; congenital pattern and dense halo-like immune response; extending to deep margin. A conservative excision is recommended to prevent recurrence"

"residual dysplastic nevus and scar; completely excised"


Do I report this under surgery?
