As someone that has always posted an A1C of 6.7-6.9, I am damn proud of this latest home test. Official blood draw is this week and always within +/- 0.2 of the home test. If that holds, and I can have a fbs of 125 less, I qualify for CACI. I hope I hope I hope I hope....

Metformin, and being aware of carb intake per meal. And vegetables, lots of vegetables. Birds-eye and jolly green giant are now my frozen meal of choice. They both have some good flash frozen choices that work for bachelor chow.
