Pretty interesting article. Never heard of a public school district owning a plane to get kids interested in aviation, neat idea though. Fall in lines of a PPL or need commercial for doing that??. Social media ends up hanging the guy

I would treat this as a tip of the iceberg. If the superintendent is doing something that can be easily tracked on flightaware, what else is he doing that is not so easy to track?
