Welcome to Iowa winter. At least I have Jeep to play in it with.
More snow and cold on the way. Dang, it looks like another early and brutally cold winter -- just where IS this "global warming", anyway???
I agree, its ugly out! I had to wear a light sweatshirt when I hiked the mountain yesterday. Today I was able to shirtsleeve it at the airport.
Sorry to be cruel. I paid my dues however!
True enough. But your penance is -- you're living in West Texas!

The cool thing is, most visitors can't wait to leave so we get the place to ourselves. And it sure grows on ya!

I. DON'T. SKI!What a bunch of WUSSIES!
You know, some of us LIVE for this kind of weather! After all, it's really hard to ski when it doesn't get like the weather you are all hiding from on a regular basis. And while you are all hiding from it, I'm out PLAYING in it! lol
0 - 10 F is not uncommon here just about every morning, while -10, -20 and even -30 is not unknown... and that's BEFORE the windchill factor!
By the way, the skiing was awesome today!

We need to shovel some global warming off of our sidewalks. We'll wait till tomorrow, though: we're predicted to get between 4 and 9 inches today and tonight.just where IS this "global warming", anyway???
