Who's around? I'll be in town all week for work. My days will be pretty tied up during business hours, but after COB I should be free. I'll have semi-limited access to a car (mini-van...ugh), but a terrible sense of direction, so if y'all want to meet some where it needs to be either a) on Google Maps, or b) REALLY easy to find.

CRAP, that's what i get for working nights this week. Dallas. Definitely Dallas. I THINK we'll be near DFW. Wherever FlightSafety is, that's where I'll be! Nice catch, Spike, thank you!

Middle of the week I've booked my first IFR lessons. But open for Monday.

Per Google, FlightSafety is over by DFW. We could always meet at Hard8 just north of the field for BBQ.

Ok, so apparently I'll be near DFW. Monday works for me. Anyone else around then (or any other night)?
 
Im in! I have a day trip to houston and back, so i hope i get back in time. I vote for hard 8 in coppell. I can probably pick u up too if u dont have access to the van at that time.
 
Sounds like a plan. I'll let you know NLT Monday morning if I think I'm going to need a ride. It shouldn't be an issue, I don't think.

Who else? Spike? Troy? Wayne? Dave? Anyone else around that night/week?
 
Can't do Monday, it's Tommy's 18th birthday (can you believe that?!?), but maybe Tuesday?
 
Wish I could offer to join. Have family here all week and am pretty much herding cats as far as planning activities.

Just got to the hotel. Mike, I'll send you a text, but you both still up for tomorrow? Is the Hard8 north of the field the same as the one in Coppell? What time do you guys (and anyone else in town) want to meet?
 
affirmative. Hard8 is in Coppell.

I suggest about 6:45 if possible to beat rush due to lots of seating but very little parking.
 
I'm FIGMO until Wednesday. Working on the final piece of the three-way jet deal that has been in progress since I was 12.

This is tomorrow, as in Tuesday? Maybe something will break on the plane so we can stay there overnight. I'll let you know. :D
