I've got a lightweight headset for my 5-year old, but even at the smallest setting, the headband is a bit big for her cute little head. I was thinking I could find a nice pillowy cushion for the headband which would make the ear cups sit higher for a better fit. But most of the headband cushions I find are not really pillowy enough to change the height much. Any suggestions for either a headband cushion that I can buy, or something that I could maybe adapt for this use?

Thanks!

redneck solution... rolled up wash rag and some zip ties.

Alternative to the washrag, is pool noodle cut to size.

Who is the manufacturer? David Clark will send you a smaller head piece to make it fit the kiddos better.

Not sure if they all do, but it can't hurt to ask them.

I called up Pilot USA the other day; for the cost of shipping, they sent me a kid headband for my pilotmall anr headset.

It's an off-brand. This one, which is actually quite impressive! However, the headband is integral to the design, not something that could be swapped out.

The wash rag did cross my mind! Hadn't thought about the pool noodle, could work. That or pipe insulation!

A winter knit cap with a big fluffy ball. Or one with critter ears on top. Silly, and may be too warm for year round use.

That head will get bigger more quickly than you think. Soak it all up brother.
