Curious about health fair

I went to a health fair and while there had my blood drawn and they sent my results to me Cholesterol, Blood Sugar, etc... It was just results no treatment or formal evaluation. Do I need to report that on my medical application?

What were the results? Doesn't your doctor do the same tests at your yearly physical? Mine does, though I waited 12 years between physicals.
