I signed up for the Cessna Pilots Association Legacy 182 clinic May 30 - June 1. Should be helpful as a new owner.

FRIDAY​

  • • 1:00 – 1:30 p.m. — Welcome and Introductions
  • • 1:30 – 2:00 p.m. — History
  • • 2:00 – 3:15 p.m. — Airframe
  • • 3:15 – 3:30 p.m. — Break
  • • 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. — Flight Controls and Rigging
  • • 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. — Landing Gear

SATURDAY​

  • • 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. — Wheels and Brakes
  • • 9:00 – 10:15 a.m. — Fuel System
  • • 10:15 – 10:30 a.m. — Break
  • • 10:30 – 12:00 p.m. — Powerplant
  • • 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. — Lunch
  • • 1:00 – 1:30 p.m. — Powerplant (Con’t)
  • • 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. — Electrical
  • • 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. — Propeller
  • • 3:30 – 3:45 p.m. — Break and Move to Hangar
  • • 3:45 – 6:00 p.m. — Hands on Aircraft Inspection

Sunday​

  • • 8:00 – 9:30 p.m. — Powerplant Management
  • • 9:30 – 10:00 a.m. — Tactical Data Analysis
  • • 10:00 – 10:15 a.m. — Break
  • • 10:15 – 11:00 a.m. — Tactical Data Analysis (Con’t)
  • • 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. — Utilities
  • • 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. — Lunch

Is this essentially the same content as the online course, but just in person? I would love to go to this but doesn’t look like schedule will work.
 
Can’t comment on this vs on line. But I prefer in person.
 
I've gone twice when they were held in SoCal. Really outstanding program. I learned something new each time.

At least when I went, one of the best parts of the program was the end of the second day, when we went out to the local airport, uncowled a 182, and Paul did some hands-on presentations. Just a great program...
