Yeah, just when I was thinking "he's pretty waterlogged; looks like he needs to clear out those feathers or he won't be able to climb much..." it did that amazing dog-shake, then resumed the power strokes before it got too low.

I didn't know ospreys dove like that, fully submerging- very impressive.

The eagle is impressive too... they are happy enough scavenging like vultures, but they can hunt with the best of them.

Great finds, that was cool. I too was expecting something V-22 related, but this was just as neat.

I'm always amazed at how they turn the fish streamlined to the relative wind. Had seen these videos before and also watched some bald eagles doing this in Canada... It's incredible.
