oh sweet. in high school i got really into the lego models of classic airplanes. I had a sopwith camel and fokker triplane dogfighting in one corner of my room. P51 in another corner and space shuttle discovery by the wall. i think there was a wright flyer in there somewhere too. neat stuff!

I know I'm new here and, sorry to resurrect an old thread, but Lego SR71's happen to be my "thing" - I make and sell Lego SR71 kits - I've put one in the classified section on this forum. Its much smaller than the one in the OP, but that's good for 2 reasons
1. I picked a scale that allows me to have nice round engines
2. It doesn't cost 000's and a potential divorce when you stick it on the mantelpiece!
