Does anyone have an example of a letter/email they have successfully used to get a congressperson involved in expediting a case?

I’m at the point of not caring and just needing this to get done before my reports age out and I’m on the hook again for $$$ as I retest and resubmit. These timelines are not reasonable.

Phone call first to your rep’s office, briefly explain the issue. The appropriate staffer will start the process and tell you what info you needto send.

Yes, a phone call first, then a follow up email using the Reps "email" system on their official website (which is a form submittal more than an email). You don't need to go into every detail, just the key things of "I've given them everything they asked for, and it is still taking many months to get anything (or nothing) done!".

Keep it professional sounding, not a b!tch session.
