Is this walking distance to the beach? I assume it is since it is so close to the airport.

There is a minimum number of posts required before you can upload pictures. Keep trying as you add responses. I don't remember what the cutover number is, but it is pretty small. You might be there already.

Its about a 90 second walk to Maho Beach...thats where everyone heads to to get the jet blast. I prefer sitting in Sunset Beach Bar and watching the action from there. For other beaches like Tahoma beach its an additional 2 minute walk. If you know St Maarten, one thing we have is beaches :)

edit: In theory if I sold the Mooney I could do that and pay the mortgage for about 3 years - but I don't wanna sell it.

Dont worry, the condo is completely sound-proof so you can sleep soundly
( maybe the mortgage repayments might keep you awake though :wink2: )

Hi,

Thanks for the question.

It is lease land that runs for a 60 year term (30,60 or 90 year terms here) which is renewed automatically again in 2041, i believe. I can check the exact year for you if you like.

The resort fee is $585 per month which includes your utilities (water & electric), security, resort maintenance, pool maintenance, satellite & internet package, full building insurance cover (covering for hurricanes, roof and so on), garbage collection, exterior lighting and clean towels delivered daily.
