Commercial Pilot Insurance

I have had my commercial rating for some time now but haven’t any “jobs”. Recently I have started to fly for a local company and they put me on the plane’s insurance policy “named insured”.
Is there another insurance I should have? Avemco says a non-owner policy only covers personal use, I have my own plane now so I let that policy lapse anyway.
Might seem like a dumb question but they don’t teach this stuff when you get your rating...

Company insurance should be fine, but this is America where people like to over insure all the things.

In theory you’re good if you’re on that policy. I’d want to see a copy of the declaration with my name on it though.
