My guess is he has something he wants to ask via a new thread, and has to get past the "5 posts" rule to be able to do so.

Well, if that's gonna be a rule and it's there for a reason, then IMO posting nothingness is cheating the rules.
 
So maybe its time to unpin this thread, as there are no documents linked to it that provide the intended value?
