Clubs or rentals near Daytona Beach?

It looks like most of the airports near DAB cater to professional training only. I could not find any rentals, part 61 or independent clubs. Does anyone have information about this?

Pretty slim options. I rented at Air America (Daytona) for quite a while until I got tired of their crap and bought my own

The one time I talked to them they only wanted to rent to full time students. OP may have had a different experience but I doubt it

Might try Teens In Flight at FIN. No idea if they rent or not, but they have a couple planes. I used them for a Flight Review.

Was I wrong in assuming that Daytona is a hot bed of aviation activties? They all seem to be 141 schools with instructors with epaulets. No clubs, no FBO rentals and no independent operations?

Try DeLand, KDED, just about 15 miles west of Daytona. DeLand Aviation has several different aircraft types for rent.
