...as well as anyone who lives next door to the Bumpus family, but FWIW, mishpucha Levy has a turkey in the smoker today.

Happy holidays, everyone.

Did Chinese on xmass for the first time yesterday, never again. Food sucked prices had doubled.

No thanks!

I ate at Taste of China yesterday. Place was packed.

I showed that picture to my gf yesterday, while sipping Jasmine tea and waiting for the food. She had a good laugh.

Does it make sense?

When my Jewish friend (he is orthodox) travels regularly to Hongkong for business he was telling my how his local hosts have always trouble to accommodate his dietary requirements. Some of the best local delicacies he can't touch like all the shell fish. I see this sign as a way to advertise their restaurant to local Jews, perhaps they think they are not getting enough of them....

My in-laws (Manhattan, jewish) had a blowout chinese restaurant part Christmas afternoon....it's more common than one might think.

I'd actually like to go Chinese on Christmas one of these days. Bumpuses or not. :wink2:

Here in Dogpatch even the Chinese restaurant was closed on Christmas. With any luck....the Mayan calender is right.
