long story short, like many people here, want to be pilots but got diagnosed with ADHD as children. in my case i was in 4th grade. I also stopped taking medication less than a year into it. I’m 23 now. i’m definitely biased but i don’t think it has affected me in any way.

note: i read the faa wants to see grades but I didn’t do super amazing in high school and community college where i dropped out after i got my AA. (i did get straight Fs my last semester because i didn’t bother to do any coursework because i decided to drop out)

my drivers record is very clean, i even drove 4 hours and back from West Palm to J’ville and Gainesville for football games.

any HIMS AMEs in Florida, Georgia or even South Carolina and Alabama that yall would recommended to talk to when i’m ready for my medical ? (or a consultation)

where should i start to look for a HIMS neuropsychologist to take the ADHD initial battery.

If the initial battery does well, and the neuropsychologist has no concerns, i have been of medication for over 10 years now, no symptoms would i be able to get my medical “like normal” ?
 
my plan is to do a consultation with an hims ame. should i have all that first ?

You may as well consult with the AME you're going to use beforehand, but it looks like you're eligible for the fast track. You'll need a psych exam, but find an AME who's willing to issue you without deferral if that all checks out.
 
would any HIMS AME do, or should i start making some calls around and ask the HIMS AMES in my state if they work with patients with a “history of ADHD and i believe i was misdiagnosed and/or eligible for the fast track” ?

Any HIMS AME can, yes. But not all HIMS AMEs are created equal. Sometimes the closest isn’t always the best. And a bad HIMS AME can royally screw you.

in the mean time, where do i find previous medical records from childhood ? that way i can answer the questions in the personal statement for the ADHD fast track.

(1) That far ago, FAA will allow a "due diligence" letter, eg: "no such records exist any longer at this time, signature, date". But the RIGHT way to do this is get the pharmcy vendor of adulthood and get a 10 year record search. The CVS or Walgreen stroe does not have this teny year run- they only have the last 2 years.

So visit the vendor and get the "write away for" address an pay the $12.00 and get the report- "No Stimulants nor spych meds in the past 10 years"

(2) If you have a "successful life test" (letter from supervisor) all you need is a community psychologist, to work your file an fill aout and sign the attached sheet. Any AME who has gotten the mail, SHOULD then be able to issue you in the office.

that clarifies things. i’m still a little confused on what “vendor” do i visit to get the write away report. Do i still need to see a hims psychologist to fill out that file for me

Go to the pharmacy you use and tell them you need a ten-year prescription report.

But you might start all of this by having that consultation with the AME you're planning to use to make sure he's on board with the fast track, and that there's no other issues.
 
If you historically get your meds from CVS your write CVS
If you hisotrically get them from walgreeens, you write walgreens
If you get them from a pharmacy benfit mangaer you wrote to that pharmacy benefit manager....
if you get them from the VAH...you get your VAH Rx record........

if....I think you "get it" :).
