Chartering a plane

When I've been on a trip like that, only one driver is present - Driver 1 will start the trip, swap out with the other driver halfway, and go home. Driver 2 gets on and finishes the trip, staying with the group in Vegas or wherever they go, and then drives the first half of the trip home. Driver 3 (or 1) will again meet them halfway home and drive the rest of the return.
