Changing User ID

I know how to change password and email addy, but how (other than cancelling completely and starting over from scratch) do you change your user ID?

The userid itself would take an admin I'm pretty sure. But you can change the name that is displayed on your posts by clicking on your name to go to your profile page and selecting the "ABOUT ME" tab and clicking the little pencil icon next to it.
