I have a student who just purchased a 182 and has expressed interest in joining a Cessna organization for maint advice. Years ago Cessna Pilots Association was the go to, but I dropped my membership when they were having issues.

What group do the Cessna guys here think is best today?

I took this course in 2023 and loved it. Paul New taught it and he is amazing.

+1. Well worth the time and cost.

+1 for the Cessna Pilots Society. Good sane forum, lot of knowledge.

Yep, learned all kinds of things attending their seminars and the like when I was flying Cessnas. Kind of lost track of them once we got the Navion.

Another vote for this course for a new 182 owner. I took this class shortly after we got our 182, nearly 20 years ago, and it definitely makes you a more knowledgeable owner and 182 pilot.

I would recommend the one I work for... Cessna Owner Organization Their name is even in your subject line!

I might be biased since I'm their photographer, but it's is a really good group and has been helpful to me.
