Cessna 210?

I like them, but I want/need more room, I also hate climbing in and out of low wing airplanes! :D Even my old 310 was a pain.
Very tight cabin, hard to get in the cockpit for a fat guy!

A shame a low wing doesn’t work for you. The SR22 has a much wider cabin. The center arm rest is wide enough that it has storage. The cabin on the 210 is the same width as the 182; 42 inches. The SR22 cabin is 49 inches wide. With side sticks instead of yokes the front feels much larger and more open.

Plenty of G5 models with AC and TKS too.

Just sayin’.

A 210 is a nice plane, but if you find a 182 tight, you’ll find the 210 tight too.

Agreed. I wasn't impressed with the shoulder room of the 206 I instructed in. Cherokee Six would be more like it. But I understand the allure of the high wing ingress. fwiw, the vintage 206 doesn't have two front doors for most samples out there, so that's a wash compared to the Lance/Saratoga.

A few did; the 1965-70 P206 "Super Skylane". It was the engine, wings and tail of a 206, with the fuselage and cabin of the old Model 205, with two front doors. 645 were built, including NA and turbo.

182 Retract might work for you if you are trying to scratch that buy a new plane itch. Should be cheaper all around than a 210 but about as fast.
