Is there a standard for center line dimensions. How long is a center line stripe. How much space between center lines.
does that change from airport to airport?

The standard is 120 feet long with 80 foot spacing, 36 inches wide. You may find some variations at smaller airports that don’t meet standard. I’ve seen a few ‘interesting’ markings at small airports before.

Only reason I still remember the 120' length and 80' space is that I had to land before the second center line stripe for my short field landing on the check ride for it to be within 200' total.
