Can someone point me in the right direction for the best approach to learning Multi Engine?

Any favorite threads you like on the topic? Books? Articles? Anything? So far I have read Chapter 13 in the AFH and the POH of the PA-44-180. What should I study to make my life easier learning this. I am doing the course Part 141 too. Thank you for your insight, aviators!

I did a weekend course for the rating,studied all the material involved before arriving. Also studied all the systems involved. Then showed up pretty well prepared. The flying is the fun part. Then purchased a twin because no one want to rent you a twin.

I watched this so many times before my checkride, I was reciting it in my sleep. And passed with flying colors, with Doug as my DPE.

The Sporty's video course (the iPad app version) was a good starting point for me. My multiengine instructor also provided me with some written materials to absorb before we got in the air. As far as the best approach for learning multiengine flying, though, it depends on the reason you're doing it. Just to have the rating and avoid a BFR, to rent a specific plane, to buy a specific plane, or to build an airline-ready logbook?
