Can I go sports aviation route until medical issue of the past are solved?

Do you think I am legal to fly Sports Aviation Route with past issue while waiting on decision for medical (HIMS, etc?)

If you got denied for a medical, you can’t do light sport until you get it resolved. If you’ve never been denied then you don’t have to be able to pass the medical. It sounds like you already attempted and failed your medical so you have to deal with it.

And this, folks, is why I always say...

NEVER apply for a medical unless and until you are absolutely 100.0% certain you WILL be issued. Period.

The FAS has defined that any medical which doesn’t result in an issuance, is a denial until until resolved. Nix on sport pilot...until your special issuance....
