Can anyone identify this tail beacon?

On a select few GA planes, i've seen these types of beacons with a nice quick, single strobe flash. I saw one today and took a pic of the style.

Also, here is a video of what i'm talking about with the single quick flash strobe. You see them on most Boeing and Airbus aircraft and also a lot of GA jets.

Any ideas?

Just a strobe version of a rotating beacon.

I had a similar belly strobe on my Grumman Cougar, it was a Whelen. The one in the video is probably a product of Whelen or Grimes. Nowadays, most probably going to be LED.

Yeah it’s just a pulsating strobe light. The Archer has one and it’s also a Whelen (LED).
