Snorting his way across the USA
Sounds backwards I know but I'm in a place with no real good medical facilities and no gyms and I've been trying to run for exercise. Except I'm not a runner and I managed to pull a calf muscle somehow. I can't run and it hurts to walk, its been this way for several days.
Anything I can do about this? I've tried stretching, yes I drink plenty of water. Meds? Exercises?
