Pre-takeoff checklist
We bought our '69 Cherokee sight unseen. I sent my A&P to St. Louis to check it out. Only a couple minor issues came up. Went the next week and picked it up. Other than the buttons on the GPS crapping out and having to rebuild a mag, there haven't been any issues. I'd say all in all it was a good move.
