I am time building out of northern NY (KFRG). I have access to some A/Cs C172 well-equipped with cheap rates. I am a CFI/CFII/MEI. Looking to connect with others interested in time building, advanced instruction or IFR night XC OR SPLITTING TIME

Suggest you refresh your navigation skills, KFRG is southern part of NYS and east of NYC.
