Just last weekend I had a guy crap in his pants. No warning. Just a helluva smell and then an apology that he had just soiled himself unexpectedly. He bolted for the bathroom at the FBO when we landed 20 minutes later. It was disgusting. Accidents happen though. What can you do? We didn't discuss it again. Luckily he had a change of clothing and had the good sense to throw away his pants/underwear he was wearing and not even try to suggest bringing that back on the plane.
