Did anyone else get a blank email from Jeppesen today titled "IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUR JEPPESEN SERVICES"?

It came from derp2prd@jeppesen.com

It's completely blank on both my ipad and computer.

This will really instill additional confidence in their competence as I'm shooting my next gps approach...

This page intentionally left blank.

Sounds like a refund !

ALL emails I get from that address are blank and have been for a few years. Not sure what the deal is, but they always come around renewal time.

I’m pretty sure that’s newer than Jepp’s internal systems from the local stories I’ve heard from employees.

Just like the airlines and SAABRE, they were one of the last holdouts of the mainframe era.

The SAABRE folks were just up the road from them in Greenwood Village behind a razor wire fence in the financial district. That IBM facility fit right in with the shiny high rises and BMWs. LOL.

(It looked like and still looks like a prison, which would be funnier if it was, considering the amount of white collar securities crimes and Ponzi schemes being sold by the flashy salespeople in luxury cars for a mile or so around it.)

It's a renewal reminder. I get them every year too, and have e-mailed customer service about it each year. Their response could be reasonably summarized as "that was your subscription reminder e-mail. What didn't you understand about the blank contents, you idiot?"

Market choice is a wonderful thing.

Makes sense, my subscription is due late in Dec, have it scheduled to pay about 5 days before the due date, so I'll likely get a dozen more of these in the interim! ;)

That’s Boeing for ya.
