Easy, just get the low-wing version. They sit on top of the wing

This is a genius idea! Think about it - as you begin your takeoff roll, the bicycle tires start spinning in the direction of travel which helps the plane go faster, so you actually get better performance by having this. It's like a treadmill that PUSHES you instead of pulling you back!!

On the Mooney or Bo that would help alleviate any worries about a gear-up.
