best headset for the money?

Having never used an ANR headset I'm basically worried that I would do this:

Having never used an ANR headset I'm basically worried that I would do this:

I've flown with Bose X, Lightspeed 30-3G, Lightspeed Zulu.2, and Bose A20s. There is no way you would miss either the stall horn or the gear horn because of ANR.

I own the DCs you show in your profile pic (I have them in my profile pic too!). They are not that great as far as noise attenuation goes.
