It's a "project" but the ad doesn't give any info on what's left to be done on it. Doubling your money soon as it flys is going to depend on what you spend to get it flying

All old aircraft are projects, this in is simply out of annual. I'd do the annual for $500.00 and expenses. it's about 3 hour drive south of here. Annual done as a pre-buy.
