Who doesn’t love tacos?!

I love fish tacos! Actually any kind.

No I'm not going there either. ;)

Well you liven it up then! :D
Rule 3 of the 'best taco competition.' Due to recent somewhat morally questionable entries, entrants must leave their taco at the judges booth and then depart the area while judging takes place.

Was a camel toe taco one of those “morally questionable” entries?

Possibly. I belive someone found that camel meat was not sublect to "The Federal Meat Inspection Act of 1907 (FMIA)" and therefore the local health department imposed regulation to prevent an epidemic of 'taco flu'

I believe that camel meat was withdrawn from early drafts of the FMIA after certain organizations in Boston, New York, Chicago, Miami and other population centers convinced congress staffers to change their perspective on the necessity. I have read that camel meat transactions were somewhat private in nature so congress did not need to address them.

Congress was keeping all the good tacos for themselves

I concur with this message.

What sort of fish makes the best fish tacos?

Personally, I favor ground beef.

Who knows what they put in there but it's not cat! Usually Tilapia around here, but had 'em w/ catfish, mahi mahi, amberjack, and others I can't think of.

Yea I like ground beef and chicken tacos too.

:( Now ya made me hungry. Ooh Taco Bell!

I’ve never had a tuna taco. Cod works, even breaded and fried which adds a bit of texture. Otherwise just seasoned and pan fried is good. Since I’m in Colorado all seafood opinions are suspect. I use whatever fish I can get.

Fish Taco. You might as well say "Fish Ice Cream". Bleah. Fish doesn't belong anywhere near a taco.

How about a vegan taco? Does that too offend your absurd gastronomic sensibilities?

A lot of people would disagree. If folks felt like you do they wouldn't be selling them, but they don't. So there. :raspberry:
Hey! I used bigger words, made it personal and avoided that silly double negative.

I thought the same until I tried one. Perhaps you, like me thought it was ground up like taco meat. It isn't and is delicious.
Yeah, just don’t over cook the fish and just about anything works.

Better than under cooking it.
Some raw fish is pretty good. I’m thinking a tuna pokey might work in a taco.

Anyway cooking fish to mush just ruins it for me.

Tuna smells like....ummm..... uhhhh.... smells like something not tuna.

I do enjoy an albacore sandwich every now and then.
Ummmmmmmmmm, good tuna is not available in New Mexico or laska...

Oh please. Next you'll be saying that the Italians make good pizza.

Grammom (she came from Italy) called it tomato pie, and it was nothing like what we call pizza here. That's American pizza.
