Actually when a guy comes in with a full face mask and goes to the 7 o'clock, and the doors are still open, you exit.....
...but good for her.

I question the reality of that. The physics of it just don't add up.
Looks fake, to me.
But with skill like that why would you ever want to?
RMOAS ... ~35 years ago, when I first began co-op'ing in metro Detroit,
the state univ downtown was having a problem with a serial rapist, preying
on solo women at night. All the usual precautions were implemented ... but
the string of victims continued to grow.
Then ... he picked on the wrong co-ed. She was nationally ranked in one
of the Asian self-defense/fighting sports. She hurt him, badly. IIRC;
broken leg (or was it hip/pelivs?), collar bone, nose & ribs.
Then the questions started. Why did she ...? Her explanation: I wanted
to make certain that he'd still be here when I returned with the police.
Mission accomplished.

Fake or not, I liked it. Stuff like that kind of warms the soul. There would be a whole lot less crime if people were not so conditioned to having the cops or someone else save them. Learn to look after yourself, no matter what your age.

Adrenaline has a habit of making physics not matter.

To a point. The motions of her and the "attacker" though just don't add up. Unless the guy was a total ***** and just wanted to get his ass kicked by a 32 pound girl.
Major differences in weight, regardless of one's ability to "fight", become quite challenging.
+1. Ask any cop who's dealt with a person on PCP...
Some of the feats of strength people have accomplished while under the influence of that drug, are downright unbelievable. Reports of multiple hits with firearms and the Zombie with a weapon, just keeps coming, abound.
Major differences in size and weight can be seriously equalized by ones ability to fight, and how much training and practice they have under their belt.
If you find that statement doubtful, just for fun, attend a martial arts competition.

And you'll notice they aren't matching people against someone that is three times their weight.
Calling EdFred!Professional wrestlers are very strong, but you can see them pulling their punches. Of course, the frame rate on this video is low, so it's hard to judge. I would like to see an opinion from a martial arts expert who has watched it.
