Wife said we're good for either Saturday or Sunday. So long as you don't mind flying in a "Chevy Suburban". I'd plan to touch at GYR at 0730:ish. Looks like it's a 35 min flight.
 
Just got my first weeks schedule. I’m good for Sunday if that’s what you decide.

Just seeing this thread, don't check in here often. I'm in Tucson. Live at and based at 57AZ. Happy to get together if my schedule allows.
 
Got into Glendale/Phoenix/Goodyear today as well. First day of class for me tomorrow too :D... See y'all next weekend
 
Our facility is less than a mile off the end of the runway of Luke AFB... There's so much freedom here.

Yep, depends upon if a guy comes back early from leave but I think he will.
 
I'm happy to go with whoever! I like Cessnas too! Turns out I'm closer to Glendale municipal, but it is not at all a problem to go to GYR. Just let me know!

I'm not sure who I'm going with either :D but I'm thrilled to go with either of you.
 
I can’t fly my plane but anyone going from KFFZ with a spare seat or KCHD? Happy to pitch in on expenses.

If you're closest to Glendale, then you're 50/50 between Deer Valley and Goodyear.

Let me propose something and see if you agree:

I'll come and pick you up in our SUV, bright and early, from your hotel, and bring you to DVT. We leave for Tucson from there.

You have to be okay with Right Seat, while wife and two small dogs are in the back.

On the way back, hitch the ride home in Pilawt's C172. Wife, dogs and I will be headed to San Diego.
 
Tucson guys. Who’s up for a beer sometime over the next couple of weeks. I’ve got a good class schedule. Out by 4:00 for ground, and I’ll be done by 1:00 once I get to the sim.

By the way, nothing in the NOTAMS about the parking lot being closed but you never know.

Chandler, just under Bravo South of Phoenix. Scared my wife on the way in there last time as another plane was landing on the parallel runway. "Too close" she said.
 
Btw, our plans changed.

We aren’t leaving to San Diego on Sunday.

Austin, we can give you a ride both ways and you can drive your car to Deer Valley in the morning if you like. Would save us an early-morning cross-valley trek.

But I don’t wanna rip you off of good quality time with Pilawt, either. LMK.
