I am putting some thought into my next plane, and I am confident I will want to go a bit faster and cover longer distances. I am considering both certified and experimental, but the certified options are a little easier to find an example to sit in.

Starting from the obvious RV, Thorp T18s keep hitting my radar but I wonder if I can comfortably fit.

Would any T18 pilot near Lancaster, CA be willing to show me around and/or take me up in their T18? (Near is a bit flexible, I do own my Yankee)

For what it's worth, I am 6'0" and 175lbs.
I fly an RV-9A, and it's very comfortable for me.
I sat in a T-18 and my legs were pinned underneath the panel...just couldn't fit.

I'm 6'0, my brother is a bit taller, no problem in his T-18.
Since it's not a kit with precut parts, you see a lot more variation in panels, seats, etc. Builders tend to make the airplane to fit themselves, so if you buy from a short builder...

That email I sent bounced, I am trying some others, but I don't know when that list was last updated.
