Touchdown! Greaser!
Meet Alex. Alex is the third Private Pilot to come out of our chapter's youth program this year. Out first, passed his check ride on his 17th Birthday, March 30th. Our second is now in the Naval Aviator program learning to fly something a little different. Because he had his Private Pilot Certificate he got to bypass the first phase of training. A young lady in our program soloed but didn't quite finish before heading off to college. She is at Middle Georgia in their aviation program and will finish there. We have three youth flying right now and another that got some hours in before heading off to Tuskegee University.
General Aviation will not die if we don't let it.
