I thought Atlanta had the market cornered on streetcars to nowhere!!Nobody said the plan had to make actual sense. It's Cincinnati city government. If they had any sense their commercial airport wouldn't be in another state for starters. And they just spent millions on a streetcar / light rail to nowhere.
