Solano County autopsy report indicated Andreini suffered no major injuries from the impact of the crash. Instead the report indicated that Andreini’s death was the result of smoke inhalation and burns.

Industry standards? What are those? This should be a breach of contract lawsuit if they breached the contract. I read the contract with a very famous air show performer who flew at our airshow this past August. She had a clause for fire and rescue response time that seemed unreasonably short IMO, but was told it was not uncommon. We had to pay the local PD, who's firehouse abuts the airport property, to park on a taxiway during the show.
That being said, suing the Air Force for $20 million for a 70-year old guy? Seems unreasonable and abusive.
