AME Locuums help for FAA?

Although very few SI are denied in the long run, the time it takes to go through the process seems to be a major deterrent. The FAA blames this on not having enough physicians to review SI claims. As a physician that wants to help my fellow pilots, I would be willing to do some of this part time- similar to how some docs make side money doing insurance prior authorization. Is there an avenue for this? Maybe Dr Bruce can weigh in.
