Google Images just posted a collection of Life magazine photos. You can narrow any search to Life images by including "source:life" (without the quotes) at the end of your image query.

I searched for "Boeing source:life" and found some great Clipper photos, including this "brand new" panel:

You can buy any print full size--wouldn't mind this one!

How cool is that! Thanks! :)

Man you want to talk about all of the "classics" still flying, including WWI and WWII fighters and bombers, I would LOVE to see a flying Clipper ship!

Udvar-Hazy had terminals throughout the museum where you could punch of wraparound views of airplane cockpits. I thought they were very cool.

Is that THREE compasses I see in the panel? Plus I imagine there are three artificial horizons too, even though you can only see the pilot and the center ones. And two dual needle ADF indicators. What else do you need to fly across an ocean?

Now that's flying!
