Line Up and Wait
These shots were taken in mid-October. We did the Mooney shoot over the San Luis Valley in southern Colorado near sunset, and the RV shoot along the Front Range just after sunrise. The photographer is Mitch Bowers.
Really Nice!
What was the camera plane?
Great stuff. Love the lighting on that first shot. It could almost pass for the San Gabriel mountains in SoCal.
Does Mitch ever get out to California?
Mitch Bowers does beautiful work. The photo I quoted above is my favorite from the set. I love the contrast between the brightly lit Mooney and the dark background. It really makes the plane pop.
That doesn't make the plane hard though fly when you cut it up like that?

We used a Beech Baron for the Mooney and a C-182 for the RV shoot.Really Nice!
