This time the owner's cousin wanted photos of him flying the plane. Sounded like fun to me and we were off!
Thanks. I know on Cessna 120s and 140s, Cessna grabbed a long string of N-Numbers in a row. On Luscombes, you can tell a lot about the plane by the range of the N-Number.Good photos!!
And I always thought it interesting how Grumman monopolized on N#'s ending in Lima
He said he felt like opening it and putting out his hands to slow him down! Pretty quick plane when flying with me!Come on, open that canopy!
Thank you. Yeah, the bright orange stands out nicely against the green on the ground!Nice shots as always. Colorful airplane.
Come on, open that canopy!
Yep, has the same placard.I'm sure it must be like the Tiger which allows opening it partially (about 8 inches - it has a "Do not open in flight beyond this point placard).
Thanks!Nice photos.... I love plane porn...
Thank you. I'm working on a quick checklist for things like this. I thought of it as soon as we landed!Nice photos. Should have cleaned off the dash.
Thanks. It sure gets a lot of attention when kids are around. Shiny.Awesome photos! Love the paint job on it, thanks for sharing!
I'm sure it must be like the Tiger which allows opening it partially (about 8 inches - it has a "Do not open in flight beyond this point placard). Problem is, it wants to close on its own so you have to rig something to keep it open. Great on hot days.
