Well I'm sitting in a terminal in Fort Stockton, TX, waiting for the fog to lift so we can continue on to Sedona. Good time to post a few photos from last week!

Nick flew out to Texas from Georgia to get pics of his beautiful 175. He told me his Step-Dad refurbished the plane. He passed away a few years ago and Nick fought to keep the plane in the family. Very nice example of a Skylark with a geared engine.

wow rare to find such a loved Skylark! They really do look nice and are good performers. Nice job Jack!

Great photos and great memories. Well done.

Purdy plane, and your usual excellent photos! :)

I got my copy yesterday and the first thing I did was to spot your photo credit. Great job as always.

Really good work. It doesn't hurt that you're shooting a beautiful classic Cessna. Thanks again for sharing with us.

Always loved the little bump from the gearbox.

As always, wonderful work!

My recently-deceased old hangar neighbor had a straight-tail Skylark with the O-360 conversion. Nice, basic airplane, looked almost identical - paint scheme and everything - to the 1957 Skylane I owned for several years. Folks thought he flew all the dang time because they usually mistook my plane for his.
