Age when you Passed Knstrument Check Ride?

24 for me. I thought the instrument check ride was the most difficult of my career. NDB holding in a wicked crosswind flying a 172RG is far more difficult than a type ride in a crew airplane like the 757. Using the hand mic alone while managing the airplane and navigation was challenging. I was very very relieved when I climbed out of the Cutlass!
