Aerovalley Flying Club looking for an airplane

Aerovalley Flying Club at 52F is looking to lease a 4 place, any make/model in the 150-180HP range, IFR cert. We offer a dry rate based on tach hours. We're looking to put another plane in the fleet soon. Anyone know of someone with an airplane that's sitting around, needing to be exercised and generate some revenue to help defray ownership costs? I'm all ears!
